DMF nucleic acid chips can be used for various applications, including qPCR, protein expression analysis, and molecular diagnostics. They allow rapid and sensitive detection of trace samples and can simultaneously analyze multiple nucleic acid markers on a single chip. These chips are suitable for nucleic acid quantification and for studying gene and protein expression.
Shrimp 7-Pathogen Detection Chip Kit (qPCR Fluorescent Probe Method)
This product uses a microfluidic chip for nucleic acid extraction and qPCR amplification. It features simple operation, easy handling, and low laboratory requirements.
It can be used to detect seven common shrimp pathogens in larvae, adult shrimp, water, and feed: EHP, SHIV, EMS, WSSV, IHHNV, Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP), and Vibrio harveyi (VH). The detection limit is 1,000 copies/mL.
It is compatible with our Virus Hunter Plus instrument series.

Animal-Origin Six-Target Nucleic Acid Detection Chip Kit Platform
This project platform is based on the Virus Hunter Plus device and a custom LAMP microfluidic chip platform. It aims to develop a reagent kit capable of rapid and multiplex detection of animal-derived nucleic acids in food and meat products on a small chip.
The developed Animal-Origin Six-Target Nucleic Acid Detection Chip Kit can detect meat sources including chicken, duck, goose, pork, beef, and lamb. The detection limit reaches 1%, with clinical sample positive and negative agreement rates >95%, demonstrating high specificity and stability.
The kit comes with a full operation manual, covering sample preparation, nucleic acid extraction, and microfluidic chip operation.
The complete kit includes the six-target nucleic acid detection chip, positive control (six-target mixed plasmids), negative control (ultrapure water or TE buffer), white oil, reaction mix, enzyme, and product manual.
Compared with conventional nucleic acid detection methods for animal-derived food adulteration, which are often complex and inefficient, this platform provides rapid and multiplex detection, effectively addressing these limitations.

Cat Respiratory
This project leverages the Virus Hunter Plus platform in conjunction with microfluidic chip technology to provide a method for nucleic acid detection of seven feline respiratory and zoonotic pathogens.
The system offers a fully automated, integrated workflow, enabling rapid and simultaneous detection of multiple targets: Feline Calicivirus (FCV), Feline Herpesvirus (FHV), Mycoplasma felis (MYF), Chlamydia felis (MYC), Bordetella bronchiseptica (FBb), Toxoplasma gondii (TG), and Leptospira spp. (Lep), including a feline internal reference gene. This capability is of significant clinical importance for the diagnosis and management of feline respiratory infections and zoonotic diseases.
